Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Free prize draw rules and regulations:

1. On the first day of each calendar month an email is sent to the winners informing them of their win. If you are a winner, simply follow the instructions on the email within 30 days of receiving it and your prize will be sent to you within 28 days.
2. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
3. You must have have validated the email address provided in order for your entry to be deemed valid
4. You must be resident in the UK or Northern Ireland to enter our free prize draw.
5. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. Employees of eSports.io and their families are eligible to enter.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated entries will be invalidated, including multiple entries from the same IP range.
8. Proof of sending post/e‐mail is not proof of our receipt of your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
9. The closing date is midnight on every Sunday
10. The winner wll be chosen at random from all valid enteries
11. Winners will be formally notified by email no more than 32 days of the closing date. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request. Where we notify a winner by email, we will ask for confirmation of receipt by reply email.
12. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from all the valid entries, and contacted by eSports.io. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
13. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants' request.
14. eSports.io will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in this enquiry prize draw.
15. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details.
16. Use of false name or address, e.g. a name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. eSports.io reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by the eSports.io before such person may claim their prize.
17. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
